Thalhimer Realty Partners (TRP) is pleased to announce its acquisition of the Dabney Center, a premier portfolio of 14 flex/industrial buildings located in the heart of Richmond, Virginia. The portfolio comprises 642,384 square feet of highly functional, versatile space designed to meet the needs of modern businesses.

Strategically positioned throughout 56 acres and with immediate access to Interstates 195, 95, and 64, Dabney Center boasts an unparalleled location within the Richmond metro area. This prime accessibility has made it a sought-after destination for businesses and a cornerstone of Henrico County’s commercial landscape. Currently, the property is 99% leased, with just one 3,350-square-foot space available for new tenants.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been appointed to handle the property’s leasing and management, and Atlantic Union Bank provided acquisition financing.
