Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Samantha Huckstep, CAM, CALP has joined the Commercial Property Services team in Richmond as a Portfolio Manager. Ms. Huckstep has two years of multifamily real estate management experience as a property manager with Bonaventure Property Management Services. She holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA).

Ms. Huckstep is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Property Management.
