Last year, the Hollywood reporter cited an anonymous source suggesting that U2 frontman Bono is among the investors behind a striking spec-built mansion just above Los Angeles’s Sunset Boulevard.

According to Robb Report, the avant-garde residence features a unique triangular structure that appears to hover over the lower level. This structure is easily spotted by those heading north of Fairfax Avenue.

Although Robb Report said it could not independently verify the music legend’s involvement with the architectural showpiece, public records indicate that Bono – born Paul Hewson – played a key role in acquiring a nearby property.

A remote-controlled outdoor television mounted on a hydraulic lift emerges for viewing from the spa or while lounging poolside.
